Pilgrim Lutheran School Admissions Procedures

Registering your child to attend Pilgrim Lutheran School consists of a series of steps detailed in the listing below.

Obtaining printed forms and admission procedures

Required forms, admission procedures and registration fee schedule can printed directly from this page by clicking on the corresponding printer icons. Preprinted forms can be obtained at Pilgrim School during normal business office hours. Call the Pilgrim School office at (713) 432-7082 if you have questions or need assistance.

Admission Procedure Summary
Print a copy of these admission procedures by clicking on the printer icon to the right. This page also includes registration, tuition and available discounts when applicable for early enrollment for the upcoming school year. Discounts will only be listed for early registration beginning in February of each year.
Complete the Pilgrim Lutheran School two page application. Click the icon to print.
For students entering grades 1-8, a "Student Recommendation Form" must be completed by the student's current teacher(s) prior to meeting with the principal. Click the icon to print.
Obtain a copy of the applicant’s latest standardized test results for students entering grades 1st-8th.
Obtain a copy of the latest years Report Card from the applicant's present school for students entering grades 1st through 8th.
Obtain a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate for students 18 months through 1st grade.
Return the above items with the appropriate registration fee to the school office. Registration fees are nonrefundable unless the student is not accepted for enrollment or classroom space is not available.
Call to schedule a parent-student interview with the school Principal for students entering Preschool through 8th grade. Admission testing dates for students entering 1st through 8th grade will be given when all steps have been completed.
Complete the student immunization form signed by a physician. Click the icon to print.
