 The year of celebrating Pilgrim Lutheran School’s
50th Anniversary ended with a huge
celebration on Sunday, September 19, 2004. More
than
550 people attended the special church
service and dinner with Christian comedian,
Doctor Dennis ”The Swan” Swanberg. The following
day a host of golfers took part in the Pilgrim
Lutheran School Golf Invitational. |

The efforts and contributions to the Pilgrim Lutheran School
Endowment Fund by so many is appreciated. The
growth of the
Endowment Fund is dependent on your generosity. Please remember
Pilgrim School in your memorials, charitable
contributions, wills, and above all, in your
prayers. Let us join together
to plant the "shade tree" to endow continuing benefits
on following generations. Your
gifts will aid Pilgrim School in perpetuating
excellence in Christian education and
touch the very hearts of many children and their
families. Tax-deductible gifts to the endowment
fund should be made payable to
Pilgrim Lutheran School and noted “For PLS
Endowment Fund” on your check. |

Alumni, former teachers, staff, and
friends of Pilgrim are invited to send name
and address changes so our records will remain
up to date. We also want to recognize
important events, dates and accomplishments you
share with us. If it is important to you,
it is important to us! We ask alumni and friends
to stay connected by mailing or emailing address changes and
news to the school office. |

The 50th Anniversary Committee extends a sincere
thank you to everyone, including many alumni,
former teachers and families of the church and
school, who have assisted in making this a
special year of celebrating. We express our deepest
gratitude to those people who so willingly
helped in the preparation of the worship
service, celebration dinner, and golf
tournament. We also thank all those who helped
make this yearlong celebration possible by their
contributions to the 50th Anniversary Fund.

We sincerely thank all those who
attended the celebration. We are grateful for your
response and hope to plan more events in the
future. May God continue to bless you, your
family, and Pilgrim Lutheran School.
